Our work will take you in different directions
We are seeking a passionate and organised individual to join our team in a part-time, combined Learning & Development Specialist and Field Training Administrator role. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing professional development of our staff and ensuring the smooth running of our field training programs. This role reports to our L&D Manager for Australia and New Zealand.
What will you be doing?
- Assist in the development, implementation, and delivery of training programs for staff across all levels.
- Maintain and update the company's Learning Management System (Through Workday LMS).
- Develop and deliver engaging learning content, including presentations, workshops, and online modules.
- Facilitate and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support for the coordination and logistics of field training programs.
- Schedule training sessions with trainers and trainees.
- Manage and maintain field training records and documentation.
- Oversee the logistics of training materials and equipment for field programs.
What are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a Learning & Development or training administration role.
- Experience in Construction / Trades Roles / Apprenticeship Programs
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for learning and development.
