Role Overview:
As our Learning and Development Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of training strategies that align with our business goals. Responsibilities:
- Process Development and Implementation: Establish and standardize training processes across the company, identifying needs and customising training to suit various employee groups.
- Training Material Development: Craft dynamic training materials using the latest technologies, including AI-driven interactive modules, ensuring relevance and engagement.
- Training Delivery and Facilitation: Conduct impactful training sessions tailored to diverse team needs, employing a variety of innovative training techniques.
- Employee Onboarding and Development: Design comprehensive onboarding and continuous development programs to foster career progression and skill enhancement.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Form and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive the success of training initiatives.
Who Are You:
- A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experienced in Learning and Development, ideally within the construction, manufacturing or related sectors.
- Adept in various training methodologies, instructional design principles, and advanced learning technologies.
- Proficient in creating and delivering engaging training materials, including video content.
- An exceptional communicator with strong organisational and project management skills.
- Independent, yet a collaborative team player capable of working with a multicultural workforce.
