THE ROLE
Responsibilities
Reporting to the head of Learning & Organisational Development you will be responsible for the design, management, delivery and facilitation of learning and organisational development solutions. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Manage the L&OD and BEI calendar, including training, onboarding, and events.
- Oversee the new starter onboarding program for a positive employee experience.
- Promote the Reward & Recognition programme, managing nominations and shortlisting.
- Conduct workshops on onboarding, leadership development, engagement, and performance management.
- Drive communications promoting learning programs (e.g., AIM and LinkedIn Learning).
- Design and implement employee surveys, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
- Evaluate and improve training programs.
- Run monthly mandatory core training reports and engage stakeholders.
