As the Learning and Development Specialist at Scape, you'll collaborate closely with our Operations Leadership team to pinpoint the training needs crucial to our Operations team's success. From refining customer experiences to ensuring our staff & residents' safety to cleaning protocols, your role will be pivotal to ensuring our team members are equipped to exceed greatness.
Although this is a stand-alone role, you will be supported by and collaborating with our Operational Leaders to bring to life L&D at Scape. Based in Sydney CBD office, 5 days per week with national travel required.
ABOUT YOU
This is a 360 role where you will be an expert in designing and coordinating comprehensive training programs, coupled with continuous assessment to gauge their effectiveness. Your efforts will ensure our operational team members exude confidence and competence in meeting operational demands. Beyond excellence in resident experiences, your role will play a vital part in guaranteeing Scape adheres to stringent compliance, health, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment.
- Certification in Workplace Training and Assessment (Cert IV).
- Proficiency in managing LMS and content development tools like Articulate, Easygenerator, Absorb, etc.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills paired with advanced presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with diverse training tools, systems, and models.
- A self-driven mindset complemented by strong teamwork capabilities.
- A nuanced understanding of various learning styles.
