We are looking for a candidate who can manage our current L&D operations and extend its reach to help improve business operations and performance across the network. You will have an incredible opportunity to shape the L&D function to help our Franchise Partners operate successfully and profitably.
We need a candidate that will be part of the Leadership Team and can work effectively with the operational parts of the business and the franchise stores. Responsibilities
- Develop the annual TCS Franchise Partner Learning & Development Strategy to support the broader TCS strategy, goals and business targets
Be part of the Leadership Team and L&D’s voice at the Executive table - Lead the effective execution of the TCS Franchise Partner L&D strategy to achieve all required KPIs
- Design, develop and facilitate learning and development solutions (face to face and/or digital) as required to support the TCS strategy, goals, and targets
- Provide support to L&D staff, functional managers and staff across the business in the design, development and delivery of Franchise Partner learning and development solutions
- Manage the TCS Learning Management System and apply the TCS L&D Governance system and processes
Qualifications
Whilst some experience in food and beverage operations would be beneficial, our main requirement is for an emerging L&D leader who can translate business needs into learning solutions. 3 + years of adult education / L&D experience is essential. We need an end-to-end L&D superstar – training needs analysis, strategy, instructional design, facilitation and evaluation are all part of the remit. You will be responsible for facilitating various general business and people management modules during our franchisee induction training. Hence, experience with this content will be highly regarded. Degrees are great, but not a pre-requisite.
