- Sydney CBD / Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
- Initial 6 months contract (with opportunities for extension)
- Pays up to $450 p/d + Super
You will be responsible for working closely with SMEs for the design and development of face-to-face and e-learning training modules, resources, and facilitator guides.
About the role:
- Design, develop, implement, and monitor face-to-face, e-learning and online training materials, programs, and platforms.
- Work in collaboration with managers and internal stakeholders to identify training needs, curriculum, and modules.
- Develop and maintain a user centric system and quick reference guides.
- Monitor training module feedback and review and/or improve systems accordingly.
- Design and publish all resources and material (including online and paper based) and ensure they provide appropriate support to the business.
- Proven experience in an L&D capacity with a focus on designing and developing learning content.
- Demonstrate proven experience in learning design methodologies (ADDIE, storyboarding, etc.)
- Evidence of building courses through Articulate 360/Storyline/Camtasia, etc (desirable).
- Experience using Canvas LMS, JavaScript, H5P and/or Graphic Design (favourable to have).
