Currently seeking Learning Designer, and Educational Specialist. Skilled in crafting engaging training programs and effective learning experiences, and adept at devising custom business solutions.
Responsibilities:
Tailor educational & corporate solutions for business needs.
Create trainer and assessor guides, learner assessments, learner guides, mapping documents and online learning content
Design, deliver and iterated highly innovative curricula and learning experiences for qualifications, short courses and professional development.
Stakeholder and SME co-design.
Script/story-boarded/ produced/ edited explainer & promo videos for training course.
Develop e-learning and content for roll out of training to support employees.
Build tailored eLearning solutions that incorporate a strong and structured learning framework.
Incorporating training needs, innovative learning strategies and endorsement requirements into existing learning with specific stakeholder requirements
Skills required:
Ability to clearly translate technical information to non-tech-savvy stakeholders.
Managing high-stakes instructional design projects including all related consultation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
