About the Opportunity
Reporting into the Digital Transformation Communication Manager, the role will be responsible for the design, development and publishing of the learning courses and materials related to the delivery of the Digital Transformation Program (DTP). The Learning Designer is responsible for working in collaboration with ASC Learning & Development (L&D) team to set up and maintain DTP courses in ASC’s Learning Management System assisting with the delivery of learning outcomes for DTP.
This role has the flexibility to be based from either our Henderson, WA or Osborne/Port Adelaide SA locations.
Responsibilities
- Working in collaboration with ASC’s Learning & Development team to set up and maintain Digital Transformation Program courses within the LMS.
- Working with a variety of stakeholders to understand business unit needs and developing appropriate learning solutions to address requirements.
- Managing the end-to-end Learning Management System administration for the DTP project.
- Design, development and roll out of learning material including video, e-learning, quick reference guide and other formats of learning.
About you
- Experience equivalent to 3-5 years in a learning design capacity
- Minimum 12 months experience working with LMS
- Demonstrated experience working with Learning Management Systems.
- Experience in designing and developing learning materials and courses for the implementation of new IT systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in the use of Articulate 360, LMS, Click Learn or equivalent learning design and content development tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and influence change.
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
