• Proactively identify opportunities for staff development and process enhancement.
• Provide constructive feedback through meticulous file reviews and performance evaluations.
• Maintain and update Firm Manual, ensuring it remains a beacon of knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications:

• A proven track record in mentoring and developing team members, coupled with a natural flair for communication.
• A self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, with a knack for adapting to new technologies.
