Our Consultancy and Learning team raise the bar through discussions, workshops, webinars, sessions and supervisions - using education and collaboration to build capacity and create systemic change. Reaching to every corner of our organisation to deliver strengths-focused, evidence-informed practices that are co-designed with individuals with firsthand and lived experiences with autism. Understanding and celebrating all people and their right to belong and participate meaningfully, ourLearning Facilitators use neurodiverse affirming language and approaches to provide a safe space where everyone is not just welcome - but comfortable.
We are currently looking for a fully registered professional with at least six (6) years of postgraduate experience in either Education, Speech Pathololgy, Occupational Therapy or Psychology to help build on the capability for positive Behaviour Guidance in mainstream early education settings.
This role will include the development and delivery of workshops, consultations and professional development both online or onsite with mainstream educators, requiring a high level of understanding of evidence-based understanding and experience with positive Behaviour Guidance.
Please note this is a fixed term role ending in August 2025.
