Learning Services CoordinatorGreenway, Canberra ACTFull time, temporary opportunity with possible extension$98,887 base salary plus 15% superannuation Flexible working optionsThe Training team at Evoenergy is looking for a Learning Services Coordinator to join their Operational Learning Services Team for 15 months with the possibility of an extension. This position is essential in supporting planning, developing and delivering training courses by managing the day-to-day training and administrative operations. We boast a positive safety culture that encourages and inspires, because the work we do matters to thousands of Canberrans.About the role:As the successful candidate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all training programs are delivered effectively and efficiently and that all staff members have access to engaging and relevant training resources. You will collaborate with various teams to identify training needs and gaps and be responsible for developing and enhancing learning solutions. Additionally, you will contribute towards the ongoing development and enhancement of learning frameworks.Key Responsibilities:· Coordinate and manage the delivery of training programs from initial inquiry stage to final certificate issuance and archiving of employee files.· Manage the Learning Management System and ensure that the content is accurate and up to date.· Liaise with external training providers to arrange training and development programs, including overarching contract management, and consolidate evaluation results to produce findings reports.· Provide administrative support to trainers, team lead, and other training team members, including designing and developing training and assessment resources to support learning events.· Work with the training team to explore innovative training solutions to embed learning and increase engagement.What will I need to be successful?· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience in a similar field.· Familiarity with Learning Management System or willingness to learn.· Proficiency in creating training resources or understanding of learning and design principles.· Demonstrated experience or knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems, and web hosting platforms.Why should you work for us?At Evoenergy, you’ll enjoy benefits such as:· Competitive remuneration· Subsidised gym membership· Professional development programs and leadership opportunities· Employee rewards and recognition.We’re an Equal Opportunity Employer and embrace a diverse, inclusive, and respective culture, where people are empowered to fulfil their potential.
