Learning Support Officer

Role Description/Criteria

Our Lady of Good Counsel School (OLGC) is seeking a Learning Support Officer.

The successful applicant will:

• assist students either individually or in a group
• provide physical, social and emotional care for students
• attend program support group (PSG) meetings with the Learning Diversity Leader, teachers and parents
• liaise regularly with teaching staff with regard to student needs
• report to the Learning Diversity Leader on a regular basis
• assist in the office reception, first aid and on the playground
• have a Working with Children's Check.

This is a part-time position of 18 hours (6 hours x 3 days).
