Job Title Lease AnalystJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionThe purpose of the Lease Analyst is to provide support to the Lease Administration team in ongoing data management and invoice management and preparation and review of data for Client budget processes. To provide administrative support to the Transaction Management team in the preparation of standard documentation.About the role:Upload fully executed lease documents to relevant systemComplete lease obligation summaryUpdate and maintain document register, security deposit, insurance registerGenerate draft expenditure rent rollReview expenditure rent roll and flag exceptions/variancesGenerate funding requestsAnalyse and resolve landlord payment inquiriesPrepare workflow to adjust paymentGenerate draft expenditure rent rollReview expenditure rent roll and flag exceptions/variancesGenerate funding requestsEnsure non-recurring payments are processed to suppliers in accordance with leaseProcess purchase orders where requiredPerform reconciliation of charges and determine outstanding payments and prepare workflow to terminate leasePrepare and distribute on/off’s registerReview budget shell dataReview revenue rent roll and flag exceptions/variancesRun aged-debtors reports and prepare arrears lettersRequest COI from sub-tenant – review and upload to JDE, support year end reconciliation of managed service chargesReview sublease termination terms and balance/reconcile account upon lease expiryTrack audit findings, maintain lease registers and validate completeness of lease files (including execution of pages and FOCUS)New Sites - prepare market brief, document that is sent to the marketValidate current lease and validate key data 12-24mths prior to renewalAbout You:Minimum 2-3years experience in Finance (Accounts Payable/Receivable) preferableReal Estate (lease administration / data management) experience working for either a multinational corporation (MNC) service provider or corporation in managing real estate databasesAbility to maintain and manage accurate data and prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlinesAttention to DetailPlanning & OrganisationTime ManagementSystems & Data ManagementWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?As one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop and live working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit from; Being part of a growing global company; Career development and a promote from within culture; An organization committed to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to providing work-life balance for our people in an inclusive, rewarding environment.
