We're searching for a Project Coordinator to assist with a major relocation of Seven’s Melbourne team from Docklands to the new premises located at Melbourne Quarter Tower in Collins Street. The role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager, manage the day-to-day administration for the project and be responsible for the relocation of staff for the project.
This position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, technology/software skills, self-starter, pro-active approach and the ability to handle confidential information.
You will be:
- Prioritising incoming communications and distributing or actioning.
- Managing administrative requirements, including invoices, travel processing, credit card reconciliation.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date project documentation and records.
- Organising and co-ordinating meetings, preparing agenda items, taking minutes, any action items and circulate to attendees.
- Monitoring of the project’s progress, assisting in identification and resolution of potential issues.
- Supporting change management efforts including preparation of relocation information for 7Melbourne staff.
- Preparing detailed audits of existing furniture, file audit and equipment for relocation, removal or retention for other sites.
- Preparing relocation plans, including removalists scope of works and EOI.
- Liaising with department managers regarding relocation readiness.
- Organising and responsible for staged relocations from current office to new location.
We are seeking someone:
- With Executive Assistance or Project Coordination support experience.
- Who has can-do attitude, is confident and articulate.
- Who has excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Whose Microsoft office suite savvy
- Who prioritises effectively and is adaptable.
