You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of their fast paced practices.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and client focused individual.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Diary management
- Preparation of Court document and correspondence preparation
- Travel co-ordination
- Client liaison and handling enquiries
- Dictaphone typing
- Managing the monthly billing
- Preparing Briefs
- File and matter management
- Other ad hoc support duties as required
To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience as a Legal Secretary preferably within Commercial Litigation as well as:-
- Be exceptionally organised and be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously, proactively and with a motivated nature.
- Have a strong client service ethic.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
