About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Legal Assistant to join our clients Corporate team in Perth. In this role you will provide high level Legal Secretarial and Personal Assistant support to Partners within your designated division.
Some key areas of responsibility will include:
- Practice & Client Management
- Preparing monthly bills and reconciling expenses
- Extensive Diary & Travel Management
- Monitoring and managing inboxes for Partners including filing emails
- Business Development/Marketing
About You
- Previous Legal Secretary experience in a corporate team
- Corporate presentation and professional communication skills
- Strong writing, formatting and communication skills, with well-developed written expression and grammar and a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software, CMS Aderant (or similar) and NetDocuments (or similar)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Strong, professional team player who is enthusiastic and enjoys a challenge.
- Willingness to learn and enhance skills.
