Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their friendly team, working across patents and intellectual property matters.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with clients.
- Preparation and review of patent documents and correspondence.
- Dictation and formatting documents.
- General patent administration such as preparing patent schedules.
- Diary management and monitoring critical dates.
- Processing invoices, etc.
To be successful in this role you will need a minimum 1 years' experience in a Legal Assistant/secretarial role. Candidates with patents, trademarks or intellectual property experience will be highly regarded. You will also need efficient and accurate typing, and dictation skills.
The Firm
Brisbane office of well regarded specialist attorney firm with a national presence. Hours are 9am to 5 pm. Social, down to earth firm.
