As a Legal Assistant / Personal Assistant in this energetic team, you will provide administrative support a supportive Partner and two lawyers. You will be part of a highly successful team that have a very collaborative approach.
Some of your duties will include;

• Liaising with clients
• Opening and closing files
• Conducting property searches
• Diary management
• Monthly billing
• Preparation of legal documents including formatting correspondence and documents
• Assisting with other general administration duties

About you;
You will be a successful Legal Secretary with solid experience and strong organisational skills. Excellent communication skills are required along with a warm nature to suit this group. Naturally an eye for detail goes along way!
