As the In-house Legal Assistant and a key member of the Legal Team you will work closely with the Executive Assistant and be responsible for providing the highest level of support to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
If you pride yourself on your ability to be one step ahead, you'll definitely relish this opportunity to use your initiative on a daily basis as assume responsibility for:-
- assist with preparation of presentations, reports and general correspondence
- screen telephone calls
- maintain information and data on various platforms
- assist with payment of invoices
- liaise with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- coordinate and issue documents and reports
- arrange appointments and travel
- maintain document control (filing & saving)
- assist with arranging events
- support leasing team and reception when required
- at least 3 years experience as a Legal Assistant
- exceptional inter-personal and communication skills
- well-developed organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- a high level of diplomacy, tact and discretion
- initiative and problem-solving skills
- advanced MS Office skills, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- intermediate skills with Excel, SharePoint, Adobe and DocuSign
- strong customer service focus
