About the Role
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence;
- Manage case files and documentation efficiently, ensuring everything is up-to-date and accessible;
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates;
- Preparation of court documents; and
- Preparing invoices for clients.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a legal secretary;
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, regulations, and court systems;
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Proficient in MS Office and any relevant legal management software;
- Capable of working independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
