The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join our legal division on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join as we cross collaborate with other internal teams to deliver quality results for our clients, people and communities we reach.
Aside from the typical responsibilities of drafting legal documents and providing legal advice to QIC’s corporate functions in alignment with local and global jurisdictions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our investment teams. You will provide transactional and advisory legal support to mitigate and manage risk during investment processes, which might include product and fund development, entity establishment, capital raising, complex transactions, structures and financings involving counterparties.
About You:
- Law qualification and practicing certificate.
- Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience in a commercial environment.
