About this role...
Providing secretarial and administrative support to a busy practice, you'll enjoy being "hands on" with files as well as the opportunity to use your initiative to take on additional responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in Personal Injury or Insurance law OR alternatively have a genuine interest in Abuse Law. You will also be able to demonstrate:-

Providing secretarial and administrative support to a busy practice, you'll enjoy being "hands on" with files as well as the opportunity to use your initiative to take on additional responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:-
- diary management and arranging appointments
- taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries
- coordinating and assisting with preparation of documents for court hearings
- management of client files and filing of correspondence
- drafting correspondence
- billing files and drafting account
- extensive client liaison and general administrative tasks
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in Personal Injury or Insurance law OR alternatively have a genuine interest in Abuse Law. You will also be able to demonstrate:-
- initiative and a pro-active approach
- outstanding client service skills
- the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- flexibility to meet competing priorities and deadlines
- exceptional interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with vulnerable clients
- strong attention to detail
