Join their esteemed client offices in both Paramatta and Sydney as they seek a dynamic and team-oriented Legal Personal Assistant. In this role, you will become an integral part of our close-knit team, supporting one Partner/Director, a Senior Associate, and a Junior Graduate Lawyer.

As part of this team, you will be exposed to varied and exciting work and the constant opportunity to make a real difference in everyday people's lives.  This unique opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion. As a Legal Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in their Personal Injury and Litigation teams, engaging in diverse legal support tasks, including but not limited to:

• Managing client interactions and calls
• Drafting and sending correspondence
• Diary management
• Organizing financial disclosure documentation
• Efficient file workflow management
• Liaising internally with colleagues and externally with clients and service providers
• Drafting and amending documents under guidance
• Preparing briefs for Counsel
• File management, including opening and closing files
• General administrative duties

They seek a candidate with the right attitude who demonstrates initiative, a strong work ethic, and organisational skills. While experience in Personal Injury, litigation or legal administration is advantageous, we value candidates with:
