We are seeking a full time Receptionist to provide exceptional reception and front of house service to clients and administrative support across the firm. The successful candidate will have experience in similar administration, retail/hospitality or reception positions. You will be working alongside another Receptionist, together giving an outstanding experience to our clients.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Practice Manager and Office Manager, the Receptionist will be responsible for always presenting a professional and welcoming front of house. This includes welcoming all clients into the office, ensuring their needs are attended to and answering all incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Ensuring that administration duties are performed in a timely, efficient, and professional manner at all times is of the utmost importance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming phone calls promptly and attending to each call in a professional manner
  • Greeting all clients coming into the office, take tea and coffee orders 
  • Handling sensitive and highly confidential situations with diplomacy and discretion
  • Ensuring the boardroom, meeting rooms and reception are always immaculately presented
  • Organising couriers and transportation bookings as required
  • Organising contractors for building maintenance
  • Receiving all parcels, packages, paperwork dropped off to reception and notifying staff accordingly
  • Ordering of stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with function organisation and event planning

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in administration or Reception roles (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and show initiative 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including a passion for building relationships (internally and with our regular clients)
  • Highly effective team player
  • Professional demeanour and presentation 
  • Display a high level of attention to detail 
  • Ability to work with others to ensure a positive outcome for the firm
  • Ability to always display a positive and friendly attitude
