Job description

Adelta Legal are looking for a full time Receptionist to join our vibrant and culture driven law firm. This individual will not only embrace the company’s culture but also provide efficient and timely support to the firm as a whole. This role is based in the Adelaide CBD.

The Role
This role will see you working alongside our experienced receptionist in a team of two on our busy front desk and be the first point of contact for our much valued clients. It is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, duties will include but will not be limited to: 

  • Answering incoming calls;
  • Calendar management and scheduling;
  • Distribution of mail;
  • Maintenance and co-ordination of our internal file management systems; 
  • Rounds; and
  • General administration support.

The right candidate
This role will suit a highly motivated, passionate, friendly and confident individual who has excellent communications skills and a desire to succeed in the role. You will have a confident phone manner and keen initiative and exceptional organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask with a high attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality. Professionalism and problem-solving skills are essential as well as being friendly and having a positive attitude.

Experience in a professional services firm will be highly regarded.
