AddressPentana Stanton Lawyers is a law firm operating from Melbourne and Dandenong. We are seeking outgoing and friendly Receptionists/Legal Assistant for both our Melbourne and Dandenong offices.
This front of house role requires someone who enjoys social interactions with people, is friendly, welcoming, outgoing and helpful.
Our Receptionist/Legal Assistant will:
- Experience as a receptionist & legal assistant
- Meet & greet clients;
- Friendly, confident and people-person - telephone & in person
- Book appointments;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/email;
- Respond to our Jivo chat;
- Handle office tasks, including scanning, printing, filing and archiving; and
- Make bookings with relevant stakeholders.
- Organised, good time management
Essential Characteristics
- Friendly and outgoing people-person
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Quick thinker
- Patient and understanding
- Professional presentation
- Experience in customer service/reception roles (preferred)
- Able to typ
Favourable
- Experience in Legal Aid Applications
- Multi-lingual (no set language)
- Experience as a legal assistant
Salary
- Legal Services Award or above if experienced
- Commensurate with Experience
This is a full-time role with hours from 8:45 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. (Monday to Friday), although job share arrangements may be available for the right applicants.
