Firm Overview: Our law firm specialises in diverse practice areas including Property Sales, Leasing and Development, Commercial and Corporate Law, Litigation, Employment & Industrial Relations, and Wills & Estates.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents and assist in filing court documents.
- Compile, fact-check, and research materials.
- Communicate effectively with lawyers, conveyancers, and clients to ensure timely updates.
- Manage file opening, cost disclosures, archiving, and filing.
- Maintain and update legal precedents.
- Provide personal assistance to the Principal including diary management, email correspondence, and task prioritization.
- Assist in office organisation and provide general administrative support.

- Reliable with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Strong organisational abilities with a knack for prioritisation.
- Proactive and able to work independently, taking initiative when needed.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic legal environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LEAP Legal Software or equivalent preferred.
Hours & Compensation: This is a full-time position based in our CBD office. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
