We are really excited to be supporting a lovely law firm based in Campbelltown who are on the lookout for their next bright spark to join their team providing Legal Secretarial support. The ideal candidate MUST have prior experience working in a legal setting, our client is open to junior - mid or senior level experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Legal secretary and administration support to one lawyer
- Diary management, responding to emails, schedule and coordinate appointments, hearings, and court appearances.
- Assist in preparing, typing and drafting legal documents.
- Maintain organized and accurate case files, both in physical and electronic formats.
- Communicate with clients, and maintain harmonious relationships
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Previous Legal Secretary is essential will take junior level 1 year experience minimal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software LEAP
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have full Australia working rights
