Form of workAn opportunity has arisen in our Parramatta office for an experienced Legal Secretary. Working 1:1 alongside our Associate who has a busy asbestos and medical negligence practice you will be working in a high performing team who provide a supportive and friendly environment.
Your role will be varied and will include:-
- Preparation of court documents and correspondence;
- Transcription;
- File management;
- Diary management;
- Scheduling of appointments with doctors and experts;
- Liaising with clients;
ABOUT YOU:
- At least 3+ years experience working in a busy litigation practice providing support to senior practitioners;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in the Aderant Expert and iManage will be an advantage, however not essential as full induction training will be provided;
- Excellent Word and Outlook ability;
- Friendly and positive attitude.
This is a full time permanent position, therefore law students will not be considered for this role.
