This highly sought-after firm are seeking a mature minded, experienced and talented Wills & EstatesLegal Secretary to join their growing practice. The successful candidate will possess very strong administrative and organisational skills and be able to fully support a team of lawyers. This position is working with quite prominent and high net-worth individuals and will require confidentiality and discretion. The workload includes a variety of tasks and interesting matter content. This position will also have elements of litigation and disputes focused work.
Duties include (but not limited to):
* General administration
* Drafting and editing correspondence and documentation
* Diary and file management
* Monthly Billing
* Dictaphone typing
* Liaising with clients
* Ad hoc office duties as requested
The ideal candidate will have a solid track record as a Legal Secretary with previous experience in Wills, Estate Planning and Estate Litigation. It is important that you have an excellent attention to detail, with solid interpersonal and communication skills with a “can-do” pro-active attitude. Imperative is a high degree of confidentiality and it is important that you are highly experienced in the Microsoft Office Suite and are able to type quickly and accurately.
