About the Role
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Health Law team;
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including contracts, medical records, and correspondence;
- Assist with the preparation and management of case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and maintained;
- Manage lawyers calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements;
- Liaise with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up; and
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support case preparation.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within health law, personal injury or Litigation;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively;
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and
- Professional and proactive approach to work, with a strong commitment to client service.
