The Role
We are seeking a Legal Secretary with a minimum of 2 years Litigation experience to join our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. This is an opportunity to work with caring and supportive colleagues
You must be reliable, enthusiastic, and organized with a focused approach to your work. You will be a team player with a positive and respectful attitude towards your colleagues and clients.
This is a full time, permanent position with the following responsibilities:
- Transcription of documents and correspondence
- Document formatting and editing
- Preparation of Briefs
- Online searches
- File and diary management
- Filing and other general secretarial duties as required
- Client liaison
Our Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years legal secretarial experience in a litigation and dispute resolution team.
You will be an efficient typist with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is desirable.
Good written and oral communication skills are essential.
You will be motivated to assist members of our team to achieve exceptional results for our clients.
