This is a great opportunity to grab this role with both hands. Our client is a reputable and successful law firm based in the heart of the city. You will be working on interesting and highly confidential files and providing support to two Lawyers.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Diary management, including scheduling of appointments, meetings and conferences for the practice team members, clients, and third parties
• Draft and finalise correspondence and legal documentation
• File management
• Liaising with clients and being able to deal with inquiries and requests
• General administration duties, including, photocopying, mail, faxing, scanning and binding
