Our client based in the CBD is a leading commercial, mid size law firm. With the firm growing, they are currently seeking a Legal Secretary with 2+ years experience in Real Estate / property. The ideal candidate must be able to come in and hit the ground running.
Duties
- Accurately undertaking property searches as directed from time to time;
- Preparing documents
- Processing contracts
- Review letter of offer
- Liaising with clients
- Managing monies in trust accounts
- General secretarial duties
- 2+ years experience in Real Estate / property law
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Excellent typing skills and proficient in MS Office
