The successful candidate will work in a team that is responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, offering close support to lawyers and ensuring their matters run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, amending, and maintaining documents with precision and accuracy, contributing to efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Drafting and maintaining rosters, ensuring smooth scheduling and optimal team coordination.
- Assist with the planning and organisation of team events.
- Support the onboarding of new clients. This includes document preparation and client communication.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience working as a Legal Secretary.
- A positive attitude and high attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise tasks, appointments, and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with legal professionals seamlessly.
- Managing billing processes efficiently.
- Proficient technical skills and understanding of software applications.
