Key Outcomes and Accountabilities
The aim of this role is to:

Support the Manager Legal Support and provide administrative services to the Legal Services Professional Team.
*
Assist in collating and finalising legal documents for filing in Queensland Courts or the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT).
*
Communicate with Queensland Courts or the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) regarding the status of matters.
*
Provide administrative support to a team of legal professionals by preparing and maintainingfiles and filing electronic records.
*
Undertake a range of administrative duties using modern office technology.
*
Provide exceptional customer service to all staff of the Commission and external customers.
Candidate Attributes

Demonstrate high level administrative skills using computerised information systems, electronic document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
*
Demonstrate high level written and verbal communication skills through the completion of administrative tasks.
*
Demonstrate ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and organise own work priorities.
*
Demonstrate high level customer service skills.
