Leisure and Lifestyle team play a key role in fostering an enriching and supportive living environment for Maddocks Gardens Aged Care residents.The Contract: Ongoing, Part-Time, 32.0 hours per fortnight.
The Position:As a
Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant you will work under the guidance of the
Leisure and Lifestyle Senior Assistant to plan and deliver an engaging and dynamic lifestyle program for the Maddocks Gardens community. To be successful in this role you will assist plan and deliver an engaging and dynamic lifestyle program for the Maddocks Gardens community to ensure that group activities meet the needs of the residents enhancing their quality of life.

What you need:- Certificate 4 in Leisure and Lifestyle or a willingness to gain this certificate with immediate enrolment
- Demonstrated interest and knowledge to provide valuable and appropriate individual and group activities
- Proven ability to work cooperatively as part of a cohesive, supportive and collaborative team
- Passion and commitment for aged care with the capacity to advocate for the best interests of residents
