We are seeking a talented and friendly Level 1 & 2 support technician to join our team. We are a growing Melbourne based MSP servicing the private business sector.
Working from home Monday to Friday you will be responsible for responding to helpdesk calls and emails as well as travelling to customer locations in the Melbourne metro area for on-site work as required (own transport needed). The ideal candidate will be able to handle Level 1 & 2 support tickets without assistance while supporting and maintaining a range of I.T. equipment with a strong focus on Microsoft Windows and 365 support. Demonstrated skills in Apple support is a bonus.

As the first point of contact for our customers you will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent spoken and written English skills are essential.
Regular work hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Melbourne time) with occasional overtime required, we are a family friendly business and there is some flexibility with working hours.
