Tintern Grammar seeks to appoint a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician. The role requires an IT professional who is passionate about providing high level service to the Tintern Grammar community.
About the role
As a part of the IT Services Team, our Level 1 Helpdesk Technician provides the first line of support for our staff and students via our online helpdesk. We use Schoolbox as our Learning Management portal and other associated databases such as EdSmart and Synergetic to support staff, student and parent connections to the school. All staff and students use the MS 365 Suite.
This is an ongoing, full-time role with an immediate start.
About you
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Commitment to service quality principles
- Work effectively as a team member within the IT Services Team
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, including adapting to changing priorities when required
- Provide desktop/laptop/iPad and application support to staff and students
- Desire to learn new skills incorporating ongoing training over time.
