About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Technician who is keen to learn and grow within our organisation whilst working completely on site. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.

Skills and Experience:
- At least 12 months experience in similar role, preferably in a Managed Services environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft desktop environments including Windows 10/11
- Knowledge of Apple environments, including macOS, iOS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server environments including Windows Server 2016-2022
- Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy management and administration skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Online services, such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.
- Australian driver’s license
In addition, the following attributes and qualities will put you at an advantage:
- An understanding of ITIL and customer service principles would be highly regarded
- Excellent communication – Oral & written skills with ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels

- Team player with experience collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
