AddressPrecision Health Careis lookingfor a Physiotherapist to join our team. The position is suitable for recent graduate, &/or experienced practitioners.
Our structure of experienced and junior Physiotherapists provides the perfect mix of mentoring, brainstorming and clinical growth for both recent grads and experienced Physios and AEPs.
We also have opportunities for career progression through our Level 1, 2 and Senior Physiotherapy positions, based on your experience and performance levels.
About the role:
- You will work with our supportive team with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise scientists, Allied Health Assistants & friendly, helpful support staff
- We have a varied caseload, with many primary contact acute injuries attending Physiotherapy in our practice for assessment and diagnosis including: acute Muscoloskeletal, orthopaedic and Sports injuries, acute post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, hand therapy, work injuries, NDIS, floor and studio Pilates
- Professional development is highly valued and supported in our practice: We hold regular in-services, and mentoring sessions with senior Physios, as well as the opportunity for in-house & external Pilates training
- We have developed a close relationship over many years with visiting Specialist Orthopaedic surgeons to Dubbo, you will have access to their knowledge and expertise, including the possibility of watching surgery as part of your professional development.

- Our facilities are second-to-none with an on-site commercial level gym, fully equipped pilates studio & rehab gym areas and private consult rooms.

Precision Health Care is a locally owned Private Practice established in 2010. We value client centered care, with a strong focus on evidence based practice, and exercise rehabilitation with our clients to ensure the most effective treatment program and outcomes.
We have over 14 years experience with new & recent Graduated Physios, with a great case mix in Private Practice including sports Physio, acute orthopaedics & rehab, hand therapy, Pilates & group exercise classes, & NDIS.
Our facility purposely designed in a 2 storey building with 8x individual consult rooms, a fully equipped Pilates Studio, a large rehab gym area downstairs, and fully equipped on-site gym upstairs, and a open office space. Located in the CBD with plenty of cafes within easy walking distance.
Precision Health Care provides an excellent team environment for New Graduates and Recent Graduates to begin or develop your career, and for experienced Physiotherapists to focus there skills and career towards areas of interest and specialties.
Staff Professional Development is a high priority at Precision Health Care: you will be mentored, and provided with various learning opportunities, clinical support, regular in-services & training, and assistance with external courses.
You will have an opportunity to learn on a daily basis, in a friendly supportive team environment with 7 Physios, EP, AHAs & support staff.
We have a close working relationship with local GP's, visiting Orthopaedic Surgeons and local Sporting clubs.
There is also the opportunity for Sports Event coverage including local Rugby & AFL games coverage.

Remuneration is based on experience, comparative to the NSW Health Award.
