Our client is in search of an experienced Level 2 Help Desk Officer with a background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments to join their team. In this role, you'll be part of a tight-knit team of four, delivering IT support services to businesses across Australia.
As part of your duties, you'll be required to travel to client offices throughout Queensland as required. For your convenience, a company car will be provided for these trips, ensuring you can meet client needs efficiently. Additionally, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from home as necessary.
About You
You are confident, an excellent communicator and have experience working within a similar position.
You’ll have demonstrated experience in managing and supporting the below:
- 3+ years in a similar Level 2 role, with MSP experience essential.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools and professional service automation (PSA) platforms.
- Relevant industry certificates.
- You must have PR or Citizenship to be considered.
