Our ideal candidate:
- Certificate 4 or tertiary qualification recognised by the Australian Library and Information Association with relevant experience in public library operations, service delivery excellence and library management systems or a minimum of 5 years related experience.
- Proficiency in preparing, monitoring and working to a budget
- Ability to coordinate a team including managing rosters, timesheets, leave applications and staff performance and adherence to Council policies and procedures
- Proactive on ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all staff
- Modern technology skills including proficiency with MS Office and other business applications
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
