The Victorian Government established Labour Hire Licensing Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria. LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic) (Act).
About the role
The Licensing Officers will contribute to the successful operation of Labour Hire Authority as a member of the Licensing Team.
The Licensing Officers will review and assess information submitted in licensing applications, renewals and other transaction types, and make recommendations to the delegate in relation to the assessment of the license applications, renewals and approvals. The Licensing Officers will also provide information about the labour licensing scheme and LHA policies and processes to license applicants and others.
This role has a flexible work location with an option of Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.
