Lifestyle Coordinator

Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of clients from various cultural backgrounds across Melbourne.

We are looking for a full-time Lifestyle Coordinator to join our growing team.

Role:

You will be responsible for supporting the physical and emotional wellbeing of Home Care Package consumers through the delivery of various lifestyle activities.

Duties include:

• Planning and implementation of socially, culturally and religiously appropriate lifestyle activities
• Meeting individual consumer needs through collaboration with case managers
• Completing assessments and documentation
• Booking venues for the delivery of programs/events and engaging with external organisation
• Mentoring and leading support staff
• Creating communication and promotional material such as newsletters, posters and flyers
• Ensuring consumer satisfaction and encouraging feedback through various means
• Complying with infection control and occupational health and safety protocols
• Active participation and facilitation of Beata Homecare’s Consumer Advisory Group meetings.

This is a full-time position.

Requirements:

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
• Experience as a Lifestyle coordinator or similar role
• Current National Police Check or NDIS workers screening check
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Victorian Drivers Licence
• Must be able to drive a 12-seater vehicle
