Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of clients from various cultural backgrounds across Melbourne.
We are looking for a full-time Lifestyle Coordinator to join our growing team.
Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the physical and emotional wellbeing of Home Care Package consumers through the delivery of various lifestyle activities.
Duties include:
- Planning and implementation of socially, culturally and religiously appropriate lifestyle activities
- Meeting individual consumer needs through collaboration with case managers
- Completing assessments and documentation
- Booking venues for the delivery of programs/events and engaging with external organisation
- Mentoring and leading support staff
- Creating communication and promotional material such as newsletters, posters and flyers
- Ensuring consumer satisfaction and encouraging feedback through various means
- Complying with infection control and occupational health and safety protocols
- Active participation and facilitation of Beata Homecare’s Consumer Advisory Group meetings.
This is a full-time position.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Experience as a Lifestyle coordinator or similar role
- Current National Police Check or NDIS workers screening check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Victorian Drivers Licence
- Must be able to drive a 12-seater vehicle
- Engaging personality
