The Successful Applicant 

• You are dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to live their life with total choice and control.
• You have an understanding of what it means to support in a way that respects their rights, dignity, values, beliefs, and personal goals. 
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Work within policies and procedures related to quality service delivery. 
• REQUIREMENT: Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, nights and ACTIVE overnights.
• Demonstrated ability to openly engage and build trust with young people from diverse backgrounds
• Hold a current: Blue Card, Worker Screening/Yellow Card & First Aid.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Full QLD Driver's License & Own car with at least third-party insurance.
