Our client, a Leading boutique firm, is looking to secure a Litigation Lawyer with 5-10 years’ PAE to join its collaborative and innovative team. This is a unique opportunity for a high-calibre litigator to join a premier fast paced and busy boutique firm, working closely with a collegiate and down to earth team.
This role will see you taking a lead role in managing litigation cases, providing strategic legal advice and representing clients in all court jurisdictions. You will become an integral part of a successful and driven team who consistently act for a range of private and public HNW and SMEs.
You will enjoy extensive client contact, with exposure to litigation matters including:
General commercial litigation.
Corporate insolvency and bankruptcy.
Recoveries.
Property and conveyancing.
General commercial law.
We would like to speak with lawyers with 5-10 years’ PAE from a top/mid-tier or Leading boutique firm. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with autonomy and will possess excellent drafting/technical/communication skills and have the drive required to rapidly progress their careers.
