Litigation Lawyer

KBE Legal Talent has been briefed by a major national firm to secure a Litigation Lawyer with 3-7 years’ PAE to join their rapidly growing practice.

Work with a high performing and successful team to advise high-profile clients on a range of complex and high-stake matters.

In this role, your key responsibilities may include:
 

• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation and insolvency matters.
• Building and construction disputes.
• Debt recovery.
• Product liability claims.
• Major shareholder disputes.  
• Class actions.

We would like to speak with lawyers with 3-7 years’ PAE from a top, mid-tier or leading boutique firm who are seeking to drive their own matters, with the support of experienced partners and senior lawyers. This is an opportunity for an industrious lawyer to join a highly sought after firm and develop key relationships with the firm’s sophisticated clientele. The successful candidate will be client focused, commercially minded and thrive in a cooperative team environment.
