About LIVIN:
LIVIN is a non-profit mental health organisation that was founded in 2013 in loving memory of our friend and a great man, Dwayne Lally. Dwayne took his life after living in silence with a mental illness.
Like a lot of people, Dwayne lived in silence because of the stigma that surrounds mental health and he didn’t know how to ask for help. Everything we do is about empowering people to speak up because It Ain’t Weak To Speak. We want to be proactive in combating mental Illness, through championing mental health; encouraging preventative action and help seeking before things become unmanageable.
WHAT:
We want to break the silence and spark national conversations by encouraging all Australians to speak up and share what they are going through.
HOW:
We will do this through our 3 core pillars.

We made a promise to deliver our LIVINWell mental health education and stigma reduction program FREE into schools right around the country.
For real change, we need to break the stigma surrounding mental ill-health and normalise asking for help through education.

We are a mental health charity that people can interact with everyday – whether they are having a good or bad day.
We want to empower people to help each other. We want to empower those suffering in silence to share their struggles. We want to equip people with the right tools to encourage and support one another. We want to encourage them to start LIVIN again.
Position Overview:
The LIVINWell Program Coordinator is responsible for all administration related to our LIVINWell program bookings. You will also be responsible for the organization of all facilitators, to ensure they deliver the LIVINWell program without any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative
- LIVINWell admin – processing all enquiries, requests and bookings.
- Produce and manage LIVINWell invoices.
- Follow up with school/organization after completion.
- Send out and collect surveys.
- Nurture relationships with all stakeholders.
Facilitators
- Communicate with and organise logistics for all facilitators.
- Manage and process facilitator invoices.
- Coordinate all facilitator travel needs and bookings
- Coordinate, manage and book all LIVINWell tours
- Coordinate and manage recruitment and training of potential new facilitators.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance is followed by all facilitators
- Distribute any changes in program or information to all facilitators under the direction of Phycologist
Reporting
- Compile monthly reports which provide an overview of programs delivered, who delivered them, where they were, school corporate or community and all costs/revenue associated.
Culture
- Ensure that personal conduct and representation at meetings, various community events and with all stakeholders is professional and aligns with LIVINs values, mission and vision at all times.
