As a Part-time Loan Processor, you will work alongside an experienced mortgage brokerage team, delivering exceptional customer service, following up on client inquiries, and supporting the head brokers. You will join an energetic team in their Parramatta office.
This role is perfect for a Loan Processor who has great attention to detail, speedy delivery, and professional client interaction. We are open for this role to be either an office, hybrid or complete remote working environment.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants a career in mortgage Brokering as we provide you with a clear career pathway development plan, and all training is provided within the team.
Earn between $70k (incl Super) FTE ( Prorata 20-25 hours per week)
As a Loan Processor, you will also be responsible for:
- Over-the-phone appointment setter to make phone calls to prospective clients
- Liaise with the Mortgage Broker, lender, and client during the application process.
- Collecting all documentation needed from the client and adding them to the system
- To ensure quality CRM Data is entered.
- Sales Calls to prospective clients and gathering preliminary information for broker appointments.
- Outbound calls to back-book
About You…
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:
- 2+ years of Mortgage and finance experience
- Basic Knowledge of Apply Online
- High attention to detail
- Speedy delivery and professional client interaction
- Ability to prioritise well and manage your daily schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and develop.
